help with blotched Anthias

I fed my Anthias this morning and everything was fine, when I came home this evening he was no where to be found. when I finally found him he was gasping and twitching. Looks like he is sufficating.

I need help, what could this be?

my nitrate is a little high as the tank is cycling maybe around 10ppm. I had to switch tanks and get rid of my old tank.

Amonia is good, Nitrite, and ph all good.

Twitching is often a sign of flukes. If he doesn't improve in the next few days, considering moving him to a quarantine tank and start administering Prazi-Pro
