help with blue and white ?

I recently installed steves led kit on my 12 dx. I'm new to leds so I'm having problems knowing were to start off with the actinic and whites. I know to adjust slowly but it seems that I keep having to much or to little. Do I need more blue or white to start? Or do they need to be even? Ive got a mix of sorties and lps. I moved most of my corals to sand bed to see how they do. My brain is still at the top and I think hes bleeching. Starting to see white between each polyp at the top. And my hammer is also on top and stays tight most of the time. Any exp. With these lights wouald be appreciated.

The color mix is a personal prefrence. What most people do is about 2 to 1 so whites at 10% and blues at 20% Then over weeks about a month worth raise them to where you and your corals like them...
