HELP with BRS RO/DI 7-Stage

So, we just installed our 7-Stage RO/DI system from bulk Reef Supply.

We've been running the RO/DI system for 17 hours now. we can't get it to pump out more than 1.5 to 1.75g an hour. Pressure is at 85psi and our 2nd DI resin is starting to change colors and is now showing TDS of 1. Line 3 is still showing 0 TDS.

Why is the production of water so slow? What are we missing?

What is the temperature of the water supply?
Cold water will drastically lower the production rate..

What size membrane did you get? 75GPD?

It may have the wrong flow restrictor on it.. I'm not sure if they use one that you can see/read the rating..Might want to check that..

Well, it said to connect the RO/DI to the cold water line, so I'm assuming it's cold water. We got the 150GPD. This is the unit we bought: https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/7-stage-pro-plus-ro-di-system-bulk-reef-supply.html

So not sure about the flow restrictor.

Since you are new this forum has jailed your reply because you included an external link..I can see your reply in my email though..
Yes attaching to the cold water supply is correct but membranes are rated at like 77deg f to produce 150gpd.. If actual temp is 50f production will be reduced.. However you say you have a 150gpd membrane so it wont be reduced that much..
Id call brs...you likely have a faulty unit (incorrect restrictor or something)
