Help With Calfo Overflow

im having alot of trouble tuning my calfo over flow, ive read how its ment to be done and for the life of me i just cant get it to work.

wht have i done wrong??

here is a couple of pics

the right hand side is the full syphon, the middle in the back up, and the left hand side is the durso and has a JG tad fitting to control the amount of air going in

in the pic i have opend up all the valves, as i was getting annoyed at it...

i had it working fine for a few days and then today i went in and it was making a toilet flushing again

look's more like Bean's overflow (see here ). Bit more summarize or might post problem on the RC thread

Calfo thought more refers to a Coast to Coast overflow box (not the drain method itself)
