Help with closed loop spraybar pump

I need/want to add a cls w/spraybar to my tank in order to push crud from behind the rocks. Unfortunately at this point it will have to be an over the top design. The pvc will have to run up 16"> down 16" and then horizontaly 4 ft. How big a pump should I use for this application? mag5,7 or 9? any other suggestions?

This depends on how much flow you want but any of those pumps should work just fine.

This is just additional flow in order to move stuff from behind the live rock. There's already about 800 (+-) gph through an OM squirt. If the mag7 head loss calcuations are correct it should be a total of 30x tank volume turnover(+-).
