Help with coral I'd

got this at the lfs thinking it was regular tree coral but when got home and placed it in my tank I noticed it has some sort of hard coat not slimy like tree corals.
Not sure what conditions it needs.

Looks like it could be a Sinularia

not sinularia, imo.

more likely scleronepthea sp. or dendronepthea sp....either way, a NPS coral.....read up on it....it's not a beginner coral.

I think you're right its a dendronepthea, I was just talking with someone about a green sinularia and it was stuck in my head. Good catch.
