Help with crab id please.

This guy hitched in with my live rock, sorry for the grainy pics. He seems peacefull and doesnt bother anything else in the tank but im guessing from his small pincers he shouldn't be too troublesome. Would love to know what he is and id be grateful for an id.

I'm having recent trouble with a Xanthid Crab eating fish. I believe if it has pointy pinchers and/ or black claws its not good

Pincers are very small and slim, loves picking off the rock and no coral or fish damage so far. Have you tried fishing for your pest crab? If you know where he hangs out it might be worth tieing some shrimp on the end of some fishing line, ive heard this works. Crabs tend to latch on and will not let go, even when being pulled out the tank.
