Help with Cyphastrea coral?

Hi! I received corals this Saturday and while most things came in looking pretty awesome, the cyphastrea doesn't seem to be having a very good time. I'd love some pointers as to how I can keep it happy! Right now it's sitting underneath the juncture between two tall rocks, about as shaded as the tank gets without sitting underneath the center rock (I did try placing it there, but the lawnmower blenny wasn't having that and I found the frag upside down in the sand multiple times). I'm in the process of rehoming the blenny, though, as this isn't the only coral that he's been pestering...

The tank stays at these parameters:
Salinity: 1.025 sg
pH: 8.0
Alk: 7.7 (it's consistently there, regardless of dosing, which may have to do with too much GFO..)
Calcium: 450-470
Magnesium: 1350-1400
Ammonia, Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 0-5ppm
Phosphate: Undetectable with an API test kit, though I know that doesn't mean much..

I haven't seen any polyp extension at all during the day, but haven't checked after lights out. Still, there seems to be some 'mat' (is that the term?) still there.

I acquired a cyphastrea at a swap in January and only a few weeks ago did it start to look noticeable happier. Maybe they are slow to adjust to a new home.

I'm keeping mine in low light and mediumish flow.

I do keep hearing about the low light, moderate flow! That space does get a good amount of flow through it, so I'm hoping at least that's up to par. I've never actually kept SPS before; this should be an interesting experience...
