Help with dinos... Drain, nuke, and refill sump?

So I recently started having a problem with dinos in my new 220 build. Two nights ago I shut off the lights for a blackout period and I started dosing 30ml of H2O2 a day. I also stopped my AWC system. Unfortunately, after a bit more than 48 hours it doesn't seem to be having much of an effect. (Well, it's not continuing to grow, at least, but it's not really shrinking either)

I'm not ready to tear the tank apart yet (and I seriously hope I don't ever need to), but tonight it occurred to me that a good 70 or 80% of the dinos are in the sump... They seem to be trying to take over the refugium and return sections of the sump.

I'm wondering if it would be worth spending a few hours tearing down the sump and cleaning everything with fresh water, bleach, and/or vinegar. I could certainly get a lot of it out of the system that way, and most of what's in the tank is on the sand bed, so I can probably siphon out a lot of what's in the tank as well, but I certainly wouldn't get 100% of it.

Is it worth spending the time to tear the dump down and sanitize everything in there knowing that I'm not going to be doing the same to the tank, or should I just just siphon what I can out of the sump and the tank knowing that I can still get much of it and not spend nearly as much time as I would tearing everything down.
