I noticed my butterfly breathing heavier than usual and now all my fish are. Also butterfly has lots of white spots and the anthias have a few but not as obvious as the butterfly. Also a couple of the fishes find are ripped or damaged. Still eating but not as much as usual. Ich or flukes? Something else?

I almost want to say that is velvet with the amount of spots that are on him but they look more like ich. Kind of hard to see in the pic. It's good you have the QT running and have him in CP. Try and catch the rest as soon as you can in case it is velvet. If he seems to be too labored from breathing fast, a FW dip can help to clear the mucous off his gills.

Its hard to tell for sure from the pic but probably either ich or velvet and I assume if it was velvet, a few wouldnt have made it this far since it is a very fast killer.

I'm leaning to velvet I would recommend an Acriflavine bath and cp beings you are already using cp. velvet usually causes a bacterial infection due to the amount of parasites on the fish, that's where the Acriflavine bath comes in. The spots of velvet are a lot smaller like grains of salt and round, and a lot more spots than ick. Ick spots are bigger in size and usually odd shaped not exactly round. Tank will have to sit fallow 6 weeks for velvet
