Help!! with dying coral

I have a green slime SPS that started with white spots where the polyp where gone, this morning the bottom half of this 3" frag is gone. I have had it since Oct. and it was doing great. Recently added a piece of yellow leather that died with in two days, did the toxics kill my SPS, also the top half is still intact do I want to frag the top half the salvage what I can. Also a leather in close vicinty is not opening either!

What are the water conditions? (pH, nitrites, nitrates, ammonia, sg)?

I'm betting on the leather: don't mix softies and stonies, especially in a nano.

Totally the leather. Run carbon and do a water change, not a bad idea to frag the remaining piece of the Green Slimer if you know how.

Thanks guys, I did frag the top half of the sps and completly look over the tank to make sure no remnents of the dead yellow were around. When I pulled out the sps it did have a bad odor, so I will have to keep a close eye on it so no other piece gets hurt.
