Help with Flame Angel

Can anyone help me identify this growth on my flame angel? I have had him for 2 weeks. He's been through TTM and is now in my quarantine tank. He's swimming around fine, doesn't seem to be breathing heavy. He has been eating a little, seems to pick at the bottom of the tank.

Help with Flame Angel

Doesn't look like anything serious. Tater funds or lympho? Maybe try nitrofuracin or kanaplex to help fight if bacteria infection.
