I have a 105 gallon tank that im in the process of setting up. I currently have 1 mp40 w es. I was thinking of adding a second one. But before I do, I may consider swapping out and going with something else. My tank is in a "cooler" place, so I have been considering tryin tunze, to help add a little bit of heat to my water.. I had tunze before but I didnt care for the size and really thought of them as an eye sore, but I think I can get passed that. Don't get me wrong, I love my mp40 and its not a given that ill swap it out.
So now, What would be a good set of tunze to get? Would 2 tunze 6095's be enough? This will be a mixed reef.. I also have a mag 9 as my return pump.
The dimensions of my tank are, 48" long x 24 front to back x 21" tall.
Also, If I got tunze, would I need to buy a controller or should I just use an apex?
