Help with hammer

Put a hammer coral in my 3 month old tank last week with 3 heads 2 of the heads are going great and one in not opening up like the other too. All water perimeter are good have it on top of 4" sand bed in a 29 bc with rapid LEDs at 50% with medium water flow. What can be the issue as they all were opened up great on day 2 but since it's really just the 2 heads looking great?

Is the branch not opening being overshadowed by the other two? Sometimes they remain closed if the branch is not getting enough light. If the light it's getting is not an issue I would suspect the onset of a disease/ BJD which is quite common for new hammers/frogspawn. You may want to frag that branch and give it an iodine dip for a few days which should help.

Was the head possibly damaged during shipping? I've had them show up resting on a head in the bag. It seems you've got the basics covered with new lps like low placement and flow. A coral bath/ dip would also be my advice.
