Not sure if this is a right place but i got this guy couple days ago he was doing ok but today here is how it looks. Any thoughts ?

Looks like a gorgonian, not lps.

Yes that is a photosynthetic purple gorgonian. I have the same thing. It's bullet proof. Every so often it "molts". It's a way of keeping algae off. Don't be alarmed. Sometimes mine looks like crap. Then a day or two later it is back to normal. Mine is in an all SPS tank. High light high flow. I have had it for a long time and it has been in a great many places in the tank and continues to grow.

I agree with the others. You need to raise your sg to 1.025-1.026

So for the sal i have torch,hammerhead,gsp,musshroom,yuma and acans. Will increasing sal be ok for them too ?

IMO , get it to 1.0265-1.027. And yes coral prefers this range.

Yes a reef tank should always be around 1.026.
