Help with ID of Macroalgae?

Ok Macro Algae Experts i need your help

i believe the macro on the right is Sargassum? but what is the bright green almost looks like plastic weed ?
i have a few of these patches around the live rock and have a bunch of the sargassum macro in my tank. Is this stuff ok to keep or should i pull it out?

As far as the green stuff goes, try looking up Ventricaria and Valonia. If it grows faster than you like, it is easily picked off of the rockwork.
