help with id please

i just got a new mantis yesterday and im having trouble identifying him. he is neon green, active only during the day, a smasher, and is burrowing the sand under a pile of rock. hopefully that will help with id. i need the id because i am trying to figure out what to feed him and other care requirements. hopefully the pics will help, but i will try to get better ones. thanks in advance.

from the looks of it. The mantis seems to be an N. wennerae. Are you sure its an smasher and what area was he found in?
