Hello, fellow riffers!

Does anyone knows what this thing is:

Good or bad? If bad - how to get rid of it? It's about 0.3 inches long and there are a lot of in my sump. Can't see any in the display though. I'm new in the hobby, so any help high appreciated!

Yep, pineapple sponge. Perfectly harmless. Poke one, they feel weird.
