Help with LED Lighting

I realize you get what you pay for but I have two tao tronics LED units and on one unit the blue lights work and the white doesn't. On the other unit the white lights work and the blue lights don't. Anybody out there with any electrical experience that can offer advice on maybe fixing so I a least have one unit with both blue and white lights.

Is this type of light have 1 power cord for blue and 1 power cord for white?

yes it has one chord for each and a separate switch for each

It sounds like one of the led bulbs is burnt out

how do I tell which bulb is burned out? is there a way to individually test each bulb?

Check from the start. Examine power cord connections to switch first. Check connections from switch to LED's, etc. If you have a volt meter, diagnosing the problem will be easier.
