Help with lighting / activity of my 'nems

I read through the entire Anemone FAQ page, and there was a LOT of great info, but it didn't specify the lighting intensity or how much is not enough or too much...

Maybe you guys can help me figure out my lighting output and what it means in relation to my anemone activity...

So I have three different 'nems. One blue-tipped/white Sebae...One Rose Bulb Tip...and one Red Rock Flower

They have been in the tank only a few days now, and all settled in to where they wanted to be within an hour or two. They havent moved since.

All three of them had just arrived from the shipper, and were still floating in the their bags, being acclimated when I was at the store.

The Red Rock Flower was super fire engine red at the LFS, and the RBT was full and colorful and rainbow colored. The white Sebae with blue tips was very large and full and bright.

Now, three days later they all appear very healthy and comfortable and beautiful. (Besides killing one of my favorite, expensive fish within 2 hours)

However, I have researched them somewhat and know just a little about their tendencies - and I have a few questions/comments.

Here is my lighting: Reef Breeders Photon 24" LED (Here is the lighting layout: https://www.dropbox....19/Photon24.xls

I have it set currently to be "Off" from 12:30 AM - 6:30AM Then it gradually ramps up from zero to 80% intensity in half-hour increments up to 6PM, and gradually ramps down to zero at 12:30 AM. The blue spectrum (Ch.1) is slightly higher throughout the entire day than the white spectrum.

The light is placed 6.5" from the water surface and 28" from the top of the sand bed. I have a glass top on the tank.

HERE ARE MY ISSUES:

1) The Red Rock Flower appears completely healthy and happy where he is (at the bottom, on the outskirts of the tank) but he is more of a drab orange color than the bright red that he was when i bought him, and like the photos i have seen. ( I don' know if this is just a matter of light color spectrum, or his actual color at the time.)

2) The RBT is perched highest in the tank, and is full and beautiful throughout the day until the brightest time, and he shriveled up to the size of Tootsie Roll and hides deep in the rock for a couple hours. Then he comes back out and gradually swells back up and looks beautiful again. Now he only did that one time.

I have read that the anemones need intense lighting for a good portion of the day, but I am wondering "how" intense. and I have no idea how to read the spectrum levels based on the manufacturer.

Could the RBT be getting "too much" light? Is the Rock Flower getting "not enough"?

What are your opinions on their activity?
