Help with moving SUMP

Hi,
I currently have a sump running for 2 years with DSB of extream fine mud and spaghetti culapa. I want to move this mud and culapa into my larger bin sump. How can I do this without killing all my SPS? Its going from 60G sump to 200G sump.
