Help with my D50 & CBS 1.89MB pic dialup beware

Any suggestions on better picture quality would be greatly helpful. I can seem to get sharp pictures with a good light ammount without using the flash.

ok. now I am confused. I uploaed this file to photo bucket at 1.89 MB and now when i save it from the pic aboue it is only like 335kb and the PIC looks really bad. any ideas?

Photobucket resizes images for you. Try resizing it yourself then reuploading it to Photobucket.

Resize it yourself to about 600 or 700 pixels on the long side and save it as a jpeg of medium quality. That should fix things and keep the file size manageable.
