All of my parameters are normal
nitrates 0
specific gravity 1.025
ph 8.3

She is eating normal and very active. Any suggestions?

It definetly dose not look normal. I would add stress coat but be prepared for a flood if you dont turn your skimmer off.

Looks like a bacterial skin ulcer; did you also notice when taking the photos that the specimen is starting to break with Cryptocaryon?

If possible you should pull them and treat in a quarantine tank for both conditions with the appropriate mediactions.

are those fish wild caught?? it almost looks like maybe there is a parasite just under the skin. could be the pic though. either way I would pull both fish and put into a qt and treat with maracyn or some other type of anti-biotic for at least a week.

I don't know if they are wild caugth or not I got them from a fellow hobbiest who had them in his tank for a little over two years. I am going to pull them tonite when I get off work and treat them for as long as I need to. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Thanks for the response.
