Help with new 90g tank

I just bought a Perfecto 90g Corner Flow. I am trying to figure out my sump/fuge and water movement, wanted to get some opinions. The overflow is rated for 700 gph, will be draining into a 30g sump/fuge, with an Octopus Skimmer (recirc needlewheel 110). For the return pump I was thinking of getting an Oceanrunner 2500(650gph) going into a SCWD. Would I lose too much going through the SCWD? Should I get the 3500 (900gph)?

For water movement I was thinking A couple SEIO M110's on a controller.

and would go with the bigger one and put a valve on the return to limit the flow if its too much

seios are great pumps, i just got koralias and love them more though
