Those are the corals guts. (mesenterial filaments) Sometimes these are used as a defense mechanism, but the coral looks like it's isolated, so your guess is as good as mine on why it's doing this. Just keep an eye on it though. It should bounce back to normal in no time. GL.
When some of my corals like an acan echinata get "annoyed" by me poking around the tank they will put out mesenterals like that. Its probably just reacting to being moved to new surroundings
It is normal... It just got stressed some how... It should go away rather quickly, if it doesn't I would maybe try to move it and if that doesn't work then check all your parameters.
