help with programming a 7096

I currently have 2 6055s and a wavebox. I recently purchased a 7096 and I'm tinkering with it now. I plan on using half of the controller plugs for the wave box but I was curious on how to program the other 2 6055s. I was thinking something similar to reefcrest mode in anti sync mode on the vortechs, each pump changing betweeen 50% and 100% but never shutting off. Can I do something like that with the 7096? I'm trying to create lots of random flow for an sps tank. any other suggestions?

Pulse mode with the first channel at 50 and 100 and the next channel at 100 and 50 might be the closest option.
