im running a quartine tank with around 700 gallons of water in it and im wondering what would be the best treatment to run the system with the filtration is biobale and skimmer both very large any input would be great thanks

Cycle the medium intended for QT very well so that nitrification is very active in QT.

Some drugs will interfere with nitrification. You have to learn about each drug's effect on nitrification.

Copper to treat ich does not affect nitrification bacteria very much, just a little perhaps.

Don't need skimmer in QT.

700 gal QT is very large. You should have known about QT procedures if you are so much into fish.

The problem with that large of a quarantine system is that the cost of some chemicals will become prohibitive - praziquantel for instance. You'll want to do as wooden-reefer says and have a very active biofilter going so that you can batch quarantine a group of fish at once, in order to save time and expense.

My general suggestion is to quarantine the fish for six weeks, and during that time, treat them twice with praziquantel at 2ppm and either run coppersafe the whole time, or run an ionic copper treatment at 0.20ppm for 14 days. Obviously, there is more to it than that, some fish are sensitive to copper, etc.

Lets stand firm and refuse to be blamed for corrupting the minds of the newbies .

Usually stocking fish fast is the best way to go for the very experienced.

I always stock fish as quickly as possible.

Not for the faint hearted. Too risky for newbies for their lack of skills and mindset for disease control.
