Hello everyone.
I've been planning out a new stocking list for my 46 g reef tank and would like your suggestions on a good swimming active fish
My current fish are:
-Maroon clownfish
-sixline wrasse
-orange spot watchman
-I plan to buy a starry blenny

Was wondering if any of you had a good suggestion on a swimming fish and or your experiences etc. Would flasher wrasse be a good idea? Id like to keep it to less agressive fish. Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

If you get the six line wrasse then you wont be able to add any flashers.
Sixlines are very aggressive to other wrasses.

Maroon's are mean. I've even read of them moving rocks when they decided they didn't like it in their "space".

As for beautiful peaceful wrasses:

Radiant
h. Melanurus
Halichoeres chrysus (yello wrasse)
Cirrhilabrus solorensis
Cirrhilabrus laboutei
Mystery wrasse are a beautiful purple
Cirrhilabrus scottorum) Scott's fairy wrasse...beautiful!!

Others to ponder..

Amblygobius rainfordi...court jester goby
Pseudochromis fridmani beautful purple
Firefish
Midas blenny

Are you sure about that? I thought they were semi agressive and only to similar looking fish, or easily scared fish?

+1

The maroon and six line will not allow you to add any other fish, and 46 gallons is pretty small for these two together. I like the solar and melanarus wrasses myself. Though I'm not sure of their size requirements. Mine swim around quite a bit in a 180.
