Help with Toad Stool

Hey ya'll ! I'm so glad this group was established as I have so many questions about my tank. It's a 75 gallon tank that I've had about a year. The folks that set it up for me do the maintenance weekly on it . I wanted to show yall a picture of my toad stool to see if someone could tell me what's wrong with it. I've read some of the posts and they say magnesium problem but I've checked with the lady who test the water and she said that the mag level was fine. You can see what it looked like when I first put it in the tank. It started looking bad so she (the maintenance lady) moved it in another spot and now it's really bad. Any suggestions?

Pic is not showing up, but sometimes they will look like death for a week or so, shed, then look like a million dollars.

I thought mine was going to die.

I agree with Ben, usually the problem with any leather is they get funky when they are going to shed. One suggestion is to put your toadstool in a high flow area. They love lots of light and flow.
