it could be shedding which is common lots of soft corals keep there polyps retracted during it and can take awhile sometimes even a week or so.

+1 just shedding

Make sure it has plenty of flow so it speeds the shedding process up. If you have insufficient flow in your tank/where it's at, it will shed more often.

Had same problem.

Had same problem.

Mine is doing better. More flow and cleaning with turkey baster everyday. I was scared as mine is about 16in in diameter. Is is doing alot better now.

Does it look like this?

Mine just got worse and worse until it died. It happened right after I added an Acro to the the tank. It started to slump over as well as getting holes in it that ended up going right through it. If I were to do over, I would have fragged it and kept the good parts. Never did really find out what went wrong with it. Hope yours doesn't do the same.
