Help with toadstool

My toadstool is not looking good all of a sudden, it's stalk bent weirdly an will flop around some days an be fine the next being able to hold the head up fine. Not sure if I need to frag it or what, advice would be helpful. Here is it today

These corals can be very temperamental sometimes. I wouldn't do anything drastic just yet.

Mine will do this every once in a while, usually because a hermit was climbing on the side, the fact thAt it is doing it with polyps out tells me it may not get enough flow. Do the polyps wave around in the flow?

No, that looks good.

Is it leaning into the flow? In that video, assuming the video was straight up and down and not sideways, it looked fine

its going with the flow, but that is what I'm talking about it being weird one day and fine the next....
