Help with Torch coral

I have a nice size Torch Coral that has all of a sudden started loosing heads. It has been doing really well in an very established tank for about a year. I have two clowns that have been residents, but have really created any issues. About four weeks ago, I lost two heads. now, overnight, I have two more that are dieing. Tank parameters are all in check.

Any ideas???
