Help with Tunze Auto Top Off

Anyone know how to install the Tunze Auto top off. The instructions are awful, like reading chinese backwards but in german lol. Anyways from what i can find on the internet, im not the only one on here with issues. Can someone please save me the hours and hours of trying to figure this configuratioin out. I want to place the ATO in my sump. Any help greatly appreciated!

i hooked mine up to a lamp and just lifted it out of the water and onece the lamp turn on i put it there.....

or bring it into where yo bought it and make them assemble it
