Help with Vortech Pump

Hi,
I have had my Vortech pump since late June 2006. It stopped working yesterday and will not restart. Normally there is a red light on the controller when it needs to be reset. This time no red light, and no reset. Tried unplugging it for a while, but it seems the controller is non-functional.

Please advise if anyone has had this problem, and what the resolution is.

PS - I love the pump, not any real problems until now.

Send the pump to Icecap 9B South Gold Drive Hamilton NJ 08691. We will get the problem corrected. Also send an e-mail to ecotechmarineservice@gmail.com. This is the avenue we use to deal with pump issues.

Do you ave any lights? Is the green light on, but the pump not turning? Is the green light on on the power supply?
