Help yellow Fiji leather

I came home from work to find my yellow Fiji leather with all it's polyps retracted and it was closed water tested good nitrite at 0 same with ammonia but nitrates were at 20 ppm I did a partial water change but it still has not opened back up what could be the problem?

it could just be shedding, which could take anywhere from a couple of days to a week. when they are growing they shed. the more flow they get, the quicker the shedding comes off. leather corals do that. can you show a pic?
