Help! Zoos turning inside out.

I noticed the other day, a few polyps looking strange on one of my large zoo colonies( Palys I think) . They actually look like they are turning inside out. Like the guts are comming out through the mouths. Some even look like whatever is protruding out of the mouth is close to 1/8" long. Now I'm seeing it on the other side of the colony, and it seams to be spreading to the polyps surrounding it. It's deffinately getting worse the affected one's are shriveling up. I also noticed once they get this way they don't close anymore.

They are not pooping. I know what that looks like.
It's not nudis. and doesn't seam to be a predater of some kind because I dipped in logols and nothing but amphapods were dead. It isn't spreading to any other colony.
Sorry I don't have pics, but I don't have a digital camera. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I can tell you it is due to stress. Ive seen this in palys when Ive done tank maint. etc. Due some frequent water changes of 20% or more.

Thanks, all, for the replys. I took them out and removed the dying ones and dipped in logols. I even removed a row orond the infrected ones. Their still dying VERY fast. Everything else is doing great. Nothing else showing any sign of stress but this one colony.
