I recently( 4 months ) set my tank back up again after moving. This time it has been a bit confusing. I had city water and used a 5 stage RO/DI filter for my water, now I'm in a rural area and still use the 5 stage. However,this time I can't keep the brown algae under control. I test regularly and just made a huge water change(forgot to mention 125g display w/ 100g sump) of approx. 50g. my test are coming up 0. I added a reactor running ferric oxide to try and solve the poroblem, but to no luck. I was thinking of going with somw macro algae, but wanted some input on what others think is going on. Also what does anyone think about how to set up a refugium as my sump is the 100g Rubbermaid containerand there's no way to do a hang-on the back refugium on the main tank. Any help would be greatly appreciated
