I was at the LFS yesterday and was talking to the owner who has a sailfin in a 180 and he thought that tank was a bit small for the sailfin, which is almost 8 inches long. The tank is only 6 feet long so take it for what its worth. I'd think a 6 foot tank would be ok if you keep the population of other fish to a minimum.
