My lemon peel had kicked the ich or so I thought. Now it has these red spoltches on it. It started at the fins and now is all over his body. Any idea what this is or called? I am dosing garlic right now with there food. Help... anyone? He has signs f ich once again, damn fish.

I suggest you read the ich sticky post by billsreef near the top of the forum posts .. the links within that thread will discuss crypto (marine ich) its life cycle, the common myths about ich .. and more importantly how to cure.

Red blotches are often a sign of a bacterial problem .. sometimes a by product of ich - the open sores created by the parasite. Sometimes result of lousy water quality. Minor bacterial problems are often cured by the fishes own immune system - maintaining water quality and feeding nutritional food helps. If not then QTing and using an antibiotic is in order.
