when i feed my bta it takes it but the next day i find whatever i feed it in my tank, a few days ago i feed mysis and in the morning i found a ball of mysis in my tank and yesterday i feed some small parts of a silverside and when i woke up there they were in the tank.. it seems like it won't keep anything down and is looking kinda poor, tips arn't inflated and it looks like they are starting to break allthough i don't see any of them floating around.. its been in the same spot for a week so i don't think its unhappy but why is it spitting up everything i feed it?! please help

How often are you feeding? Feeding too often or too much can cause them to regurgitate. How big are the silverside portions?

i cut them up pretty small, what happened was i thought the clown would feed it b/c everytime i tried a silverside the clown would take it away so i didn't feed it and it started looking bad. i only feed it 1 silverside cut up

Try feeding smaller pieces (1/4 inch every 2 - 3 days) and keep the clown away until the anemone can eat. Out of my six clowns, I have one that I have to keep my hand in the tank near the anemone until it eats the food, otherwise the clown steals it. Others have had to put a strawberry basket over the anemone until it can eat. I have never had a clownfish feed an anemone, others have. Deflating is usually seen when an anemone is expelling waste.
