Are you able to get us any pictures to help better understand?

Is the nem eating and not spitting it back up? Also do you have any clowns that are hosting it?

that doesnt look to bad my friend but he will do better if you put him on the sand, there sand dwellers, so dig a big enough hole for his little body and put him in there and push some sand around him also they most of the time like it in the back corner of your tank and when they feel compfy they will move!

what do you mean by logged? stuck? if so just kinda tap gently around his base so that he closes up and then just slowly and gently peel him off, just be gentle and let up a bit and he will let go!

oh so he moved up there? if that happened then leave him bc hes happy! i was thinking that you placed him there, sorry! he doesnt look bad though so dont worry
