Help!

Are my clowns sick?? I was just looking at them and on the one side of the female there is 2 white spots and the male has one. I dont know if they hit a rock or if they are sick. THe ywg and the scooter blenny dont have the spots. They are acting normal and the spots werent there yesterday. Might be able to get a pic.

a pic is going to be your best bet on anyone helping, sounds like ich to me but i am no profesional. post some pics though, that will help.

I tried to get some but my camera isnt that great and it wouldnt stop moving. Should i just start to treat for ich or wait and see if ti gets worse?
