Helping Rob in his move!

I was wondering if anyone is interested in helping Rob from SW Saltwater finish up moving his store? They are in the final stages of moving stuff over from one place to the other. The faster he gets done and open for business the better for us. You will have a chance to plumb, set up multiple filtration systems etc. So there is a lot to learn as well of what goes in to running a fish store.
So if you are looking to learn some of the aspects of what goes on behind the scenes, or you just want to help out and get a first look at the new shop. Call Rob at 331-0560 and I am pretty sure he will have something for you to do.

It can be as short or as long as you want. I am sure any helping hand for any amount of time would be greatly appreciated by Rob!

In case some of you may not know where the new store is going to be...it is behind Rob Ross Car Dealer on Oracle, Right before Wetmore. Also Behind Apollo College and across from the cemetery. It is in the strip mall behind the Car dealer straight back after you turn in.

as far as i know its not open yet, like fitch said its the strip mall behind apollo, I dont know the adress off the top of my head, its in the same strip as the old K-MOMO the space number is 120 right under the drive through overhead. you cant miss the lights from the show tank when its on.

also it blows the old store away. by far the nicest in town. best show tank of any LFS in town and some in phoenix. When it is open stop in, Rob has put a lot of time and energy to make the new store great.

Rob has not only put in the time and energy, but has also tried thinking of ways to spice up our hobby experience and inspire the hobbyists in the area to learn more about what we are doing. With this, he is trying to get Anthony Calfo to come and be a guest speaker at the official Grand Opening. Plus, the store will now have a self serve water station so you don't have to wait on other customers first.

Also, he has been throwing around the idea of having the small Zero Edge tank be a consignment tank for fraggers. He is trying to work out the details to be fair, safe and fun for customers who want to sell frags in the store. So you can just frag your corals and bring them in and put them in the consignment tank for other people to buy, kind of like a used car lot. A small percentage would go to Southwest Aquatics funding water top off, testing, additives, etc. Rob is just trying to figure out how to make this safe and fun for everyone and inspire coral propagation. Everyone would have to pay a couple bucks to have their corals treated for AEFW, Red bugs etc. before placing them in the tank too. So what do you guys think would make this work??

Does he still need help? Unfortunately though, I can't help today, but tomorrow-Thursday after 5:30pm I can. And probably Sat. morning a bit.

the store is open, stock is low because he needs to bring everything in for the store, but he is open for water and drygoods. He does have some corals from before the move.

I was in yesterday to buy rodi. The store is not quite finished yet, but it looks fantastic. It's a little difficult to find--I don't believe they've got the signage up--but it's in the same plaza as Bob Ross, just south of Apollo. It's in the corner of the plaza.

Signage is coming soon! As you are traveling north on Oracle it is on the right side of the street, the left side is nothing but cemetery. Correct look for Bob Ross Auto Dealer, which is really small, take your next right into the plaza. If you Pass Apollo college, you went too far!
