I have been planning to get 3-5 schooling bannerfish Heniochus Diphreutes for my in the works 330 FOWLR. I have a friend who got some Heniochus recently and is concerned they may be acuminata and not safe for the reef and offered to me if they are acuminatas.
I read in a post that acuminata won't school/schoal like the diphreutes. This was an isolated post so wanted to see if anyone else was aware of this distinction? One of the big pluses to this fish for me was a schooling/shoaling behavior and a factor in whether I would take this for my fowlr (reef safe being less of a concern as most of my stock list isn't).
