One of my Heniocus has developed a white spot at the end of his pectoral fin. It is easy to see and appears to be the only one. I have a hospital tank that I could dose w/copper but that will be my last resort I it does not go away. I have 2 skunk shrimp. And have been feeding flakes with garlic. I though about catching him and trying to wipe it off with a q-tip but I dont want to hurt the fish. I want to handle this before it becomes a bigger problem if possible. What would be my best way to handle this?

Also, It doesnt look like ich to me. It is alot larger than most ich ive seen. Ive seen a forum under F.A.Q. Mentioning a fuzzy white cotton ball looking spot, But the link was empty. It looks more like this. Any ideas? Also, It is at the very tip of his pectoral fin and my blue tank could have bit him. The tang would bite at him when I first introduced him to the tank...And sometimes he still shows signs of aggretion.
