Hermit Acro Crab

For some reason, this hermit crab thinks it's an acro crab. I always find it sleeping on my purple dragon eye acro. I haven't banished him to the sump because he doesn't seem to be hurting it. The acro doesn't seem bothered either, it has its little polyps out even when the crab is sleeping on it.

Does anyone else have hermits who display this behavior?

Mines do that all the time, doesn't affect the acro at all. Some of them stay there for days, at first I used to think they died on top of the acro.

Mine will hang in certain colonies when they molt, usually in my valida or setosa, but sometimes in the many nooks of my monti cap.

I thought it was especially neat that this same crab hangs out on this same acro. It doesn't matter if I move him, he finds his way back home
