Hermit crab ID

Here is my new hitchhiker. It has a larger left claw but does not have the same coloration of my other left handed hermits. Is this some type of left handed hermit or different crab? Thanx

There are probably 100s of species of hermit crabs that are left handed. To identify it first you need to know where it comes from & then start checking invert guide books & web sites for color matches. Fortunately color patterns are reliable for species ids so it's just a matter of finding the right picture.
