hermit crabs mating? snails mating?

My tank has turned into a dang high school party lol...

My 2hermit crabs.,a red legged and black legged keep locking their shells together with the openings facing one another..do I need to eexpect some babies?

My snail's are releasing sperm everywhere but I haven't noticed eggs from them..

I guess with this much reproduction must be a sign they're happy?

This is definitely a good sign, but don't expect to see a bunch of babies crawling around anytime soon. They'll most likely be eaten by something else or removed from the system via a skimmer, filter sock or a water change. It has happened though, so there's still hope. GL.
