Id love to know also. I saw tens of thousands of babys at the tide pools a while ago and it looked cool with them all running around

I believe they go through a planktonic stage that's very difficult to manage in an aquarium (filters and fish being the biggest problems). I suppose you might be able to set up a dedicated tank that was devoted to this purpose, but it's more than most hobbyists would be willing or able to do.
