hermit crabs

Anybody have any luck with the Mexican red legged hermit crab? I heard they eat cyano, but will they eat my corals? I have a few other crabs in my tank now that aren't, or don't seem to be, eating my stuff. Are these guys different? And where do you get them?

I've never had the type you're talking about, but if you're looking for something that will eat cyano, I've had good luck in the past with Scarlet Red hermits. I'm pretty sure they have them at That Fish Place. They tend to hang out on my sps at night, but have never done any damage.
